摘　　要：目的介绍总结沪上针灸名家杨永璇的学术经验。方法回顾性分析杨永璇的针灸学文献。结果和结论杨氏的学术经验主要为针药并用、刺罐结合,切脉望舌、重视经络,注重手法、善用补泻,擅治中风、通常达变等四个方面。Objective This paper introduced and summarized Dr.Yang Yongxuan's academic experience. Method Dr.Yang's documents on acupuncture and moxibustion were retrospectively analyzed. Results and Conclusion Yang's academic experience includes the following: combination of acupuncture and medication, needling and cupping; laying stress on pulse, tongue and meridian inspection; emphasizing needling techniques of reinforcing and reducing effects; skillful at apoplexy and flexible differentiation and management.
