摘 要:采用氧化还原引发体系,用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷对苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,合成的乳液较普通乳液吸水率显著降低.有机硅的加入,使聚合物链之间产生交联,提高了涂膜的耐水性和抗老化性能.同时,研究了软硬单体配比、乳化剂用量及有机硅加入方式对乳液综合性能的影响.研究结果表明:当软硬单体配比m(St)∶m(B A)=4∶5,在加入有机硅的同时加入适量水解抑制剂时,合成的乳液综合性能显著提高.Styrene acrylic emulsion is a popular basic material for coating in recent years. A good quality styrene acrylic emulsion modified with organosilicone was synthesized by emulsion polymerization in the presence of redox initializing system. The water absorption rate of its film was much lower than that of styrene acrylic emulsion without organosilicone modification. Besides,cross linkage took place between chains of polymer due to presence of organosilisone,which gave rise to its special quality in water resistance and aging resistance. Meanwhile,the effect of the ratio of soft hard ingredients,the means of organosilicone usage as well as the ratio between the two kinds of emulsioners on film property was also studied. The result showed that when the soft hard ratio was St∶BA=4∶5 and a suitable amount of hydrolysis resistance agent was presented. The comprehensive property of the new emulsion has been improved greatly.
