摘　　要：1990～1997年,主要由于珠江口盆地快速增产而使中国海洋石油产量快速增长,但1997年以来该盆地产量下降使海上产量增速明显下降.1990年以来的海上平均年增量占全国平均年增量的82.5%.今后必须以渤海的增产减去珠江口盆地的减产才是对全国增产的贡献.但中国海上新区开拓前景不够明朗.从全球看,海上油气占有日益增大的重要份额,深水勘探开发成为新的热点.我国不但应以深水勘探打开南海的被动局面,而且要全面进入国际海洋市场,在实践中壮大海洋勘探力量.From 1990 to 1997, Zhujiangkou Basin's oil output had increased rapidly, leading to rapid increase of China offshore oil production. But since 1997, production of this basin declined quickly, this has remarkably lowed the growth of China offshore petroleum output. Since 1990, about 82.5%of annual output average increases of China come from offshore area. So in the future, we must use Bohai Basin increased output minus Zhujiangkou Basin decreased output to calculate the growth of China offshore output. Frontier exploration of China offshore is not clear, but in the world, offshore petroleum will take more and more important shares, deepwater exploration and production will become a new hot point. We should not only see deepwater exploration as a chance to break passive phases of the South Sea exploration, but also participate into the international offshore market all-round.
