扁豆种质资源多样性的研究

摘　　要：采用RAPD分析技术,对湖南省境内的11个扁豆栽培品种的种质资源进行了研究,最终获得了3张指纹图谱,33条谱带,其中16条为多态带.经分析,不同品种之间存在一定差异,但差异不大,有些品种之间具有完全相同的遗传特征,这与传统的形态学分类结果基本一致.The germplasm resources of 11 varieties of Dolichos lablab,which grow in Hunan province,were studied by RAPD analysis.It turnesd out that 3 pieces of genetic fingerprint and 33 stripes of DNA band were obtained.Among the 33 stripes of DNA band,16 were of polymorphism.After an analysis,it showed that there were some genetic difference among these varieties,but the difference was small,and some varieties even had the same genetic characteristics.This basically consisted with the results of traditional morphological taxonomy.
