摘 要:使丙烯酸(AA)单体在聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液中聚合,并由聚合物溶液纺丝制备了PAA/PVA共混高吸水性纤维。通过体视显微镜定量观测纤维的动态溶胀过程,对试验曲线进行微机拟合,建立了纤维溶胀动力学速率方程。未经热处理的纤维溶胀行为可用Viogt并联粘壶弹簧模型描述,体积溶胀速率方程式为:V(t)=1.9936:1-0.9955exp(-t/1.1827)]。经热处理的纤维溶胀行为与Viogt模型有较小偏差,由所得溶胀速率方程证实热处理后纤维链段松弛时间增加。The superabsorbent blend fiber of PVA/PAA had been prepared by solution polymerization using acrylic acid (AA) monomer in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution then wet spinning. The stereo-microscope was used to quantitatively monitor the swelling behavior of fiber for the real-time visualization. The experimental curves obtained were fitted by computer. The swelling dynamic rate equations were established. The swelling behavior of unheated fiber could be described by Viogt parallel dashpot-spring model, the volume swelling rate equation was V (t) = 1. 993 6[1-0. 995 5 exp (-t/ 1. 182 7)3. The swelling behavior after hot processed fiber existed small deviation when described by Viogt model and the relaxation time of chain segments in the fibers increased.
