摘 要:目的 调查地下医院真菌气溶胶污染的形成。方法对不同部位空气和物体表面进行真菌监测及菌种鉴 定。结果撞击法及沉降法空气真菌浓度分别为18 046 CFU/m3及24 035 CFU/m3,与对照组比较P<0.01,木 床架及床垫表面真菌浓度分别为27 840 CFU/cm2及104 960 CFU/cm2;对580株菌株鉴定,青霉属和曲霉属占 61.6%。结论真菌污染源主要为木床架及床垫表面繁殖的真菌孢子播散空气中,形成气溶胶,对人体尤其是上 呼吸道造成危害。OBJECTIVE To observe the formation of the fungus aerosol in the underground hospital. METHODS To measure and identify the fungus in the air and on the surface of the objects. RESULTS The fungus concentration in the air was 18 046 CFU/m3 and 24 035 CFU/m3 with the methods of impaction and sedimentation respectively, it was higher than the normal group (P<0. 01). And the fungus concentration on the surface of the wood bedframe and mattress was 27 840 CFU/cm2 and 104 960 CFU/cm2. In 580 strains of fungus, 61. 6% were the Penicillium and Aspergillus. CONCLUSIONS In the underground hospital, the main fungus source is the spore on the surface of the wood bedframe and mattress which spreads in the air and forms the aerosol. And it is harmful to the human beings, especially to the upper respiratory tract.
