摘　　要：声表面波二重模滤波器具有极窄带宽和高阻带抑制的频率特性，应用于现代化移动通信系统中。本文介绍了二重模滤波器的设计方法及试验结果，报道了制作四极二重模滤波器在１６２．８ＭＨｚ频率下获得了０．９‰的相对带宽和约６０ｄＢ阻带抑制。Double-mode SAW filters featute very narrow passband and high out-band attenuation.and are widely used in advanced mobile communication.This paper presen ts the design and experimental results of double-mode SAW filters.A 4-pole double-mode SAW filter was produced.which relative bandwidth is 0.9‰,out-band attenuation is 60dB at 162.8MHz.
