摘 要:在探索矿山化学品结构、组成、杂质干扰同矿山化学使用性能的内在"构-效"关系中,现代GC MS以其快速、准确的优良性能从分子结构上能说明其起好或坏作用。经GC MS分析,从不合格2#油中找出严重破坏选矿指标的7种甲氧基苯酚有害杂质;用GC MS配合筛选稀释剂组成证明:正构C9~C14烷烃为有利因素,胶质、烯烃、有机硫为不利因素;用GC MS证实BK301、DY 1、AP等编号药物均为Z 200复配药剂,11#油、BK201、PN405等药剂均为以杂油醇为主的不同工业下脚料,组成不稳定,质量很难保证。GC MS将从新的视角为维护矿山化学内在科学规律提供保证。GC-MS technique, with its excellent performance, could give evidence quick and accurately judging mine chemicals in terms of its molecular structure by investigating the relationship between its performance and its internal structure. With the aid of GC-MS, seven kinds of methoxyphenol impurities, which could seriously deteriorate the results of mineral processing, were found in unqualified pine camphor oil. In sorting constitutes of diluting solvent with GC-MS unbranched C_9~C_(14) alkanes were proved to be the favorable ingredient, and glue, alkenes and organic fulfur were unfavorable ones. GC-MS also showed that the reagents named BK301, DY-1 and AP were mixtures of Z-200; 11~# oil, BK201 and PN405 were all industrial wastes mainly prepared by using mixed alcohols. These unstable components have serious influence on the final qualities. There is no doubt that GC-MS will take the responsibility for safeguarding the internal scientific law of mine chemistry.
