摘 要:本文对冷旋压近似椭圆形封头代替标准椭圆形封头进行了分析。在此基础上,笔者不同意冷旋压近似椭圆形封头的承载能力将比同材质、同厚度标准椭圆形封头下降10%~25%的论点,并认为由此而寻找各种新型封头的努力都是不必要的。重申,满足标准椭圆形封头形状和尺寸允差要求的冷旋压近似椭圆形封头,可以等效代替标准椭圆形封头。In this paper an analysis of substitution of cold spinning approximate ellipsoidal heads for Standard ellipsoidal head is presented. From such an analysis the author does not agree with the viewpoint, which points out that, the loaded capability of cold spinning approximate ellipsoidal heads are lower than that obtained from Standard ellipsoidal head up to 10%-25% for same ma-terial and thickness. Thus, it is shown that the efforts to obtain different new type heads are un-necessary. Finally, that the standard ellipsoidal head may equivalently be substituted by the cold spinning approximate ellipsoidal heads which must meet the requirements of the tolerances of the specified shape and size of standard ellipsoidal head is emphasised here again.
