摘　　要：本文通过对蒸氨塔钛材的焊接工艺试验和实际应用,综合论述了钛材的焊接特点、有效可靠的焊接方法、焊接坡口型式、焊接材料的选用原则,合理的焊接工艺和焊接变形的控制,以及各种型式接头的气体保护措施,获得了理想的焊接效果和良好的焊接质量。The properties of welding procedure for titanium and reliable welding method, groove de-tails. welding material chosen principlly, equitable welding procedure and control of welding de-f'orm are expounded eomprehensively through procedure test and application of titanium welding in ammonia evaperation column. Different measures of gas shielding were taken for each kind of joint details. The very good quality of welding joint were obtained.
