摘　　要：石横电厂 # 1、# 2机组原火检控制系统为美国CE公司的C—EI型火检控制系统 ,该套系统自投产以来一直应用 ,从多年的运行情况来看 ,该套系统因采用可见光原理检测 ,存在着火检检测不稳、信号屏蔽效果不好等弊端 ,信号处理机架采用CMOS电路和对数放大器技术组成 ,机架组成采用接插件式 ,参数设置相对复杂、困难 ,且不易进行故障诊断 ,为此 ,我厂经多方考察、论证 ,决定更换为美国FORNEY公司生产IDD—IIU型红外线火检系统 ,该套系统技术先进 ,已被世界许多国家大型火力发电厂应用 ,我厂采用的为IDD—IIU型火检探头 ,组件采用盘挂式RM—DR— 6 10 1E型双通道放大器 ,整套系统技术先进、设计紧凑、兼容性好 ,能够对火力发电厂火焰信号进行可靠检测 ,改造后系统自投入运行至今 ,运行状况良好 ,没有因火检问题造成停机、停炉事故 ,为使其更好地可靠工作 ,现对改造后系统所出现的故障现象进行列举并对其进行技术分析 ,以便使火检系统更加可靠地工作 ,保证机组安全稳定运行。THE SHAN-DONG SHIHENG POWER PLANT #1、#2 machine a C for original fire Safe Scan controling system is the CE company of the United States - EI type fire Safe Scan control system, the set's system is from the hurl produce since then always applied, from many years of movement circumstance to see, the set's system because of adoption therefore the light principle examines, exsitting to catches fire Safe Scan the examination unsteady, the signal shields ineffective etc. the irregularity, the signal handles machine adoption CMOS electric circuit with logarithms enlarger the technique constitutes, the machine constitutes the adoption connects the plug-in the type, the parameter establishes opposite complicacy, difficulty, and proceed the breakdown the diagnosis not easily, for this, my factory through investigate in many ways, argument, the decision replaces for the United States FORNEY company produce IDD - IIU type infrared ray fire Safe Scan system, the set's system technique forerunner, already drive world many national large thermal power plants applied, my factory adoption of for IDD - IIU type fire Safe Scan stretches forward, module adoption dish hang type RM - DR - a type a passage enlarger, the whole set of system technique forerunner, design the tightly packed, concurrently permit sex good, can to thermal power plant flame the signal proceeds the dependable examination, after reforming system is from the devotion circulate the until now, circulate the condition good, have no because of fire Safe Scan the problem results in to shut down and stop the trouble of Boiler , for make its betterly dependable work, now to after reforming system a breakdown for appearing phenomenon proceed enumerate and as to it's proceed the technique analyzes, in order to make fire Safe Scan system more and dependablely work, guarantee the machine a safe stability the movement.
