摘　　要：运用振动信号采集分析系统,针对重庆地维水泥公司3m×11m边缘传动球磨机系统存在的剧烈振动现象,进行现场测试,提取相关数据并加以分析,准确查明了主要的故障原因,并对其进行研究,从而给出了可行的解决方案。Utilizing the signal collection and process system of vibration, spot testing and analysis is performed, which is based on the violent vibration of a edge-transmission φ3 m × 11 m ball mill system. The chief diagnosis is found out clearly, and a feasible resolution project is obtained. Study on the fault diagnosis of edge-transmission ball mill system has comprehensive significance of theory and reality. It provides much more basis for vibration inspection and fault diagnosis in building materials industries.
