摘  要:采用力学性能实验、金相分析以及正交设计实验, 研究了单级和多级固溶处理条件对高强Al Zn Mg Cu合金薄板力学性能的影响. 结果表明, 高强 Al Zn Mg Cu合金薄板合适固溶处理温度为470℃, 延长固溶处理时间对其横向强度和延伸率不利. 250℃×2 h+420℃×4 h+450℃×3 h+470℃×80 min的多级固溶处理有提高 Al Zn Mg Cu合金薄板强度的作用. 470℃最终固溶处理之前的多级预固溶处理有阻碍合金薄板在最终固溶处理时再结晶的作用.The influences of single-step and multi-step solution treatment on the mechanical properties of high strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy sheet have been investigated by mechanical properties testing, microstructural analysis and orthogonal design testing. The results showed that 470 ℃ is the proper temperature of solution treatment for high strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy sheet, and extending time and slightly elevating temperature of solution treatment can improve the plasticity but reduce the strength of the alloy. The strength of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy sheet can be improved by appropriate multi-step solution treatment. The fiber microstructure that was produced in the process of rolling does no good to the increasing of elongation in the longitudinal direction of the alloy sheet. Multi-step pretreatment before 470 ℃ final solution treatment can inhibit recrystallization of the alloy sheet in the process of final solution treatment.
