漂浮滤料上向流过滤水处理工艺调试运行研究

摘　　要：针对沧州市清源水厂的工艺特点,特别是上向流滤池的特殊工艺,为做好水厂正式投运前的运行调试工作,水厂制定了详尽的调试运行方案,使调试工作在较短的时间内顺利完成,出水水质达标,正式并网运行.本文介绍了调试的方法、步骤、重要设计运行参数及调试过程中的注意事项,为水厂今后的正式运行和同类水厂的调试工作提供了有益的经验.In view of the process characteristics of Cangzhou Qingyuan Water Plant, especially the special process of filtrazur,in order to better perform the commissioning and test running of the plant before putting into normal operation, the water plant has worked out detailed proposal for commissioning and test running, so as to complete successful commissioning within a short period of time,to obtain the up-to-standard treated water, and to put the plant into operation. This paper has introduced the commissioning methods, procedures, import design parameters and cautions that should be taken during commissioning. It provides valuable experiences for the future operation of the plant and commissioning of similar water plants.
