摘　　要：按照国家体育总局创建社区体育健身俱乐部的精神,探讨了社区体育健身俱乐部的管理体制及科学运行机制,指出应以科学的发展观指导社区体育健身俱乐部的建设.This article studies the management system and scientific operational mechanism of social physical education health clubs in communities on the instruction of National Physical Education Bureau, and points out that the construction of physical education health clubs in communities should be based on the guidance of scientific development viewpoint.
