摘 要:本文对34CrNi3MoVA钢制的高压容器断裂失效进行了分析及测试,结果表明该压力容器的破断是由于应力腐蚀及氢蚀交替作用而引起的。本文分析了应力产生的原因,建议设计上及装配工艺上进行改进,降低内应力,使其使用寿命达到并超过设计的正常寿命。Analysis of fracture in high pressure container of 34CrNi3MoVA steel have been studied. The results show that fracture of the container has been caused owing to interchange action of stress corrosion and hydrogen corrosion. The reason of produced stress has been analysed. It is shown that the stress is produced mainly due to unreasonable design and unsuitable assemle process. The service life of the container was obviously improved after modification design and assemble process.
