摘  要:研究了SiC纤维正交电路屏/环氧树脂复合材料和化学镀镍SiC纤维正交电路屏/环氧树脂复合材料的吸波性能。研究发现,纤维间距、镀镍纤维增重率对复合材料的吸波性能有显著影响。对于前者,纤维间距较宽时(如:8mm,6mm),材料的吸波效果很差,随着纤维间距进一步减小(6mm→4mm→2mm),材料的有效带宽和最大吸收峰值均明显增大;对于后者,随着纤维间距或增重率的增大,材料的总体吸波效果先增强后减弱。Radar absorption performances of orthogonal-arranged SiCf circuit/epoxy composite and orthogonal-arranged electroless-nickel-plated SiCf circuit/epoxy composite were studied. The results showed that radar absorption performances of the composites were deeply affected by the distance between SiCf and the rate of mass growth of the nickel coating. As to the former, with the decrease of the distance between SiCf, radar absorption bandwidth and the maximum absorption peak exhibited an enhancement, as though radar absorption effect was weak when the distance was wide (such as 8 mm, 6 mm); as to the latter, with the increase of the distance or the rate of weight growth, radar absorption performance exhibited an increase and then followed by a decline.
