摘　　要：讨论了移动定位系统的概念 ;介绍了基于移动定位模块的MPS终端系统的设计方法———手机独立定位法和目标功能 ;着重讨论了手持式移动定位终端的硬件与软件设计方案。This paper discussed the concept of the mobile position fix system(MPS), and introduced the designning method of MPS' terminal according to mobile position-fixed module ——the method of cellular phone independently fix the position and the function of terminal,and putted great emphasis on the designs of hardware and software.
