芪丹煎对动脉粥样硬化家兔转化生长因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血中药芪丹煎对动脉粥样硬化家兔模型胸主动脉转化生长因子的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法用高脂饲料喂养建立家兔模型,分组采取不同干预因素,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应检测转化生长因子的表达。结果与模型组比较,芪丹煎组表达量明显增加,与对照组比较亦有明显增高。结论芪丹煎可上调胸主动脉转化生长因于的表达,从而抑制动脉粥样硬化的进展。Objective:To observe the effect of Qidan Liquid(the traditonal Chinese Medicine invigorating Qi to promote blood circulation) on the transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGFβ 1) in thoracic aorta in experimental Atherosclerotic rabbits,and to research its function and mechanism.Method:We created AS rabbits model by feeding high lipid forage,treated every group by different intervention methods.After drawing the materials from rabbits,the expression of TGFβ 1 mRNA was detected by RT PCR.Results:Compare to model group,the content of TGFβ 1 mRNA obviously increased in test group and control group,Significant difference was found between control group and test group.Conclusion:Qidan Liquid can arresting AS by up regulating the expression of TGFβ 1 mRNA in thoracic aorta.
