左归饮加减对雄性老年小鼠性腺影响的研究

摘　　要：目的　通过研究左归饮加减对雄性老年小鼠性腺的影响 ,探讨其作用机制。方法　取昆明种 4～ 5个月雄性小鼠 12只 ,为青年对照组 ;18～ 2 2个月雄性老年小鼠 2 4只 ,随机均分成实验组和老年对照组。以中药方剂左归饮加减的水煎液供实验组小鼠自由饮用。 75天后 ,取性腺进行细胞学研究。结果　与老年对照组比较 ,老年实验组小鼠曲精小管增粗 (P <0 0 1) ;支持细胞增多 (P <0 0 5 ) ,核仁增大 ;3β 羟基甾脱氧酶反应增强 ;增殖型精原细胞增多 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　以左归饮为主的补肾活血方药通过调整下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴的分泌机能 ,促进性腺的生精活动 ,有明显的抗衰老作用。Objective: To study the effect of the modified Zuogui Yin on gonads of male aging mice, and explore the mechanism. Methods: 12 male Kunming species mice (4～5 month) were used as the young control group, and the 24 old male mice (18～22 month) were divided into 2 groups randomly, in which one group was used as the experimental group, another as the old control. The mice in the experimental group received modified Zuogui Yin decoction. After75 days, the gond of each mouse in three groups was taken out and studied by the method of cytology. Results: In comparison with old control group, the seminiferous tubules of the experimental group became thicker(P<0.01); the Sertoli cells increased in number(P<0.05), and there nucleolues became larger; the reaction of 3 β-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase was enhanced; the spermatogonium of proliferating also increased in number(P<0.05); and spermatogenesis became more active. Conclusion: The results show that the traditional Chinese herbal medicine mainly made up of Zuogui Yin can regulate the secreting function of hypothalamo-hypophyseal-gonad, and the prescription of the modified Zuogui Yin can promote the spermatogenesis process in the gonads of aging mice, and its function of anti-aging is very obvious.
