摘 要:目的 探讨六种泰山野生中药煎煮液中微量元素的含量及溶出率。方法 用原子吸收分光光度法测定消化和煎煮两种不同处理方法下六种中药中微量元素的含量 ,以消化法测出的结果为基准 ,求各中药煎煮液中各微量元素的溶出率。结果 Na、K两种元素的溶出率最高 ,其它元素如Ca、Mg、Sr的溶出率比较低 ,Cu、Mn两元素的溶出率更低。结论 中草药煎煮液中各元素的溶出程度各不相同 ,应合理用药 ,以更好地发挥其疗效。Objective: To discuss the contents and the dissolved rate of trace elements in six wild traditional Chinese medicinal herbs collected in Taishan Mountain. Methods: The atomic absorption spectrophotometry was adopted to measure the contents of 10 kinds of trace elements in the samples processed by being assimilated and decocted. Results: The dissolved rates of Na and K were the highest, Ca, Mg and Sr were lower and Cu and Mn were the lowest. Conclusion: The dissolved rates of 10 kinds of race elements are different in the six wild Chinese traditional medicines, and it is necessary to apply the wild Chinese traditional medicines in different modes in order to increase their curative effect.
