摘　　要：目的　对黄绿青霉素的高效液相色谱检测法进行改进 ,提供一种简便、廉价的检测方法。方法　用二氯甲烷提取培养物中的黄绿青霉素 ,过滤 ,取滤液避光快速挥干 ,得黄绿青霉素粗毒素 ,用乙酸乙酯∶正己烷 (7∶3,V/V)定容后HPLC法检测。结果　线性、重复性较好 ,回收率可满足需要。结论　简化了黄绿青霉素检测方法 ,便于现场和实验室检测。Objective: To improve liquid chromatograph method for determination of citreoviridin and provide an easy method for determination.Methods: CIT is extracted from Charles culture medium with dichloromethane,and the extract is evaporated in darkness,then it is dissolved in mixture of ethyl acetate and n-hexane(7∶3,V/V).CIT is analyzed by HPLC.Results:CIT standard curves is linear, the repeatability and recovery rate are satisfactory. Conclusion:liquid chromatograph method for determination of citreoviridin is simplified successfully, the new method is suitable for analysis in locale and laboratory.
