夜间急腹症136例超声检查诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨超声检查对夜间急腹症的诊断价值 ,为临床提供参考。方法　回顾性分析 136例夜间急腹症病例 ,将超声诊断与手术病理、随防结果进行对照。结果　超声诊断总符合率为 87. 5 % (119/ 136 ) ,其中以急性阑尾炎、输尿管结石、胆系结石并胆囊炎、宫外孕破裂最为常见。结论　超声检查对及时有效地诊治夜间急腹症 ,具有重要的临床意义。Objective: To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of abdominal emergency at night. Methods: The ultrasonographic images of 136 cases with abdominal emergency at night were analyzed and compared with operation pathology and the follow-up retrospectively. Results: The total corresponding rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 87.5%(119/136). Among them, the acute appendicitis, ureter stone, gallstone and cholecystitis, extra-uterine pregnancy were the most common. Conclusions: Ultrasonography plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal emergency at night.
