摘 要:基于60℃反应10 min的条件下,过硫酸钾能氧化钙黄绿素(Calcein)在滤纸基质上发射较强且稳定的固体基质室温燐光,锡能催化过硫酸钾氧化钙黄绿素的反应,使钙黄绿素的室温燐光显著增强,phen(邻二氮菲)对该催化反应有显著的增敏作用,据此建立了phen增敏锡催化过硫酸钾氧化钙黄绿素固体基质室温燐光测定痕量锡的新方法.加phen比不加phen时,△Ip提高6.0倍.锡含量为4.0~112.0fg/斑(浓度为10.0~280.0pg/mL,取样量0.4 L)与△Ip成良好的线性关系,线性回归方程△Ip=19.85+2.349C Sn(Ⅳ)(fg/斑)(n=5),r=0.9996,检出限为0.52fg/斑(对应浓度1.3 pg/mL).该方法准确、灵敏、快速、重现性好,并成功用于人发和水样中锡含量的测定.A new sensitive method of solid substrate room temperature phosphorescence (SS-RTP) for the determination of trace tin, use filter paper as solid substrate, has been established. The method based on the fact that SS-RTP of calcein is strong and stable on filter paper substrate, and SS-RTP intensity will be increased greatly if reaction of tin catalytic potassium persulfate oxidation calcein with the existence of 1,10-Phenanthroline ( phen ),on heating at 60℃ for 10min.△Ip will be improved 4.8 times when phen is used as sensitizer. The linear dynamic range of the method is 4.0~112.0 fg/spot (0.4μL) with a detection limit of 0.52 fg/spot, and the regression equation of working curve is ΔIp = 19.85 + 2.349C Sn(Ⅳ)(fg/spot) (fg/spot), correlation coefficient r = 0.9996, n = 5. The accurate, sensitive, rapid and reproducible method has been successfully applied to determine tin in human hair and water.
