摘　　要：探讨了经典电子论对金属导电解释的缺欠,具体分析了引起矛盾的因素;同时提出用晶格热振动对电子的散射解释电阻的合理性,并在常温和低温下分别给予了讨论。This paper discusses defect of interpretation of metal conduction's classical electron theory, and analysis factors of contradiction. At the same time,the author puts forward rational interpretation of electric resistance on crystal lattice heat oscillation scattering electron. In the end, this paper discusses the effect in ordinary temperature and low temperature.
