摘　　要：我国当前的社会转型具有多种特征,在我国当前的社会转型的过程中,执政党必须根据当前社会转型的特征,成功地实现党和政府职能的转型,增强合法性政治资源,努力构筑和谐社会,才能巩固执政党的权威,有效地提高执政能力.Our social have many features at present day. During the course of social transformation, The party should translat its function according to the feature of social transformation, strengthening resource of legal policy, try to establish a harmonious society, and so it can consolidate its authority, and promote ability in power in valid.
