摘　　要：较详细介绍了一种用于恒定应力正常寿命试验和加速寿命试验的数据处理方法——最好线性无偏估计（ＢＬＵＥ）法。作为例子，用该方法计算了氦氖激光管的工作寿命，所得结果方差最小且接近于真值。The best linear undistorted estimation(BLUE)a lifetime calculating methed used in normaland accelerated life test for electronic devices is intreduced in detail.As a example,the lifetime ofHe-Ne lasers is ealculated by this methed. These resuIts have the specifities of minim um varianceand most approximate truth-value.
