摘 要:利用水稻田间插秧对比试验,研究2ZT-9356(B)型机动插秧机作业效果。结果表明,在机械播种、大地开闭式软盘育苗技术配套条件下,机械插秧作业质量各项指标与人工手插相近,均达到农艺要求,而经济效益显著高于手插秧。采用该型机械插秧,每年插秧16hm2,每台机械可创收2075元。如自购自用,可节约插秧费337.5元/hm2。同时,少用劳动力19.5个/hm2,社会效益显著。Using field comparative experiment of transplant rice seedlings to research the result of transplanter which model is 2ZT-9356 (B). The result indicated that at the condition of machine rice transplantation and breeding use floppy disk outside, each quality index of machine rice transplantation was close to rice transplantation by hand, both of them achieved the agricultural request, but the former had the better economic returns. Put the machine to use can create earnings 2 075 yuan/machine. If you buy the machine for yourself, it can save cost of transplant rice seedlings 337.5 yuan/hm2. At the same time it can decrease manpower 19.5 persons/hm2, societal benefit was remarkable.
