明朝中后期福建盐政改革之初探

摘　　要：明朝中后期,福建私盐盛行,官盐壅滞。原来的盐政体制越来越难以适应形势的发 展,变革迫在眉睫。福建的盐政改革主要包括盐课改折和运销改制两个方面。盐政改革就其本质而 言,是长期以来福建商品经济发展的必然结果。During the period of the middle and late Ming Dynasty, private salt was prevailed and official salt was stagnated in Fujian province. The primary salt system was more difficult to suit the salt industrial development and the reform was very hurried as staring the government in the face. The reform of salt policy in Fujian mainly included two aspects such as changing deficit and marketing. Salt policy reform was the result of the development of commercial economy in Fujian.
