摘　　要：文化差异是导致社会经济差异的重要原因。现代文化是一个民族、国家参与国际竞争的重要力量源 泉。提高综合国力,强化国家竞争力,必须高度重视文化建设,切实将文化建设置于战略之地位上。The cultural difference is the important reason of the social economy difference generating. The modern culture is the important strength fountainhead of country participating international competition. To enhances the comprehensive national strength and strengthen country competitive ability, must highly take the cultural reconstruction, practically constructs the establishment of culture at the strategic status.
