摘　　要：目的:采用正交实验法考察诸因素对金银花各种提取工艺的影响,优选其提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定各条件下金银花的绿原酸的提出率,并以绿原酸的含量为考察指标。结果:优化提取条件为:10倍量的75%的乙醇同流提取2次,每次1.5小时,结论:该提取工艺产品纯度高,收率高,可实现工业化。Objective to study the extraction process of chlorogenic acid from flos lonicerae by orthogoral design, selecting the best extraction process.Methods the effect of different factors on the content of chlorogenic acid from rios lonicerae was studied by HPLC.Results the optimal conditions were obtained by reflux exaction using 75% alcohol for 1. 5h twice.Conclusion:the product was obtained with high purity and high recovery,itcan be utilized in industrial produc- tion.
