摘　　要：探讨辨病论治在临床实践中的应用价值及广泛性 ,明确辨病论治一直是中医治疗学上的重要方法与手段 ,客观评价辨证论治的局限性 ,同时对其延伸的异病同证同治持反对意见 ,提出异病同证应异治的观点 ,并且主张应结合抓主症 ,实际上也就是辨病论治与辨证论治相结合的观点。并结合中医医疗现状提出了以西医辨病结合中医辨证论治是目前中西医结合的最佳途径。Here we discuss the application value and wide influence of disease definition and treating in the actual clinic practice.And we define that disease definition and treating is the important method and means in the Chinese medical therapeutics at all times.We evaluate the limitation of therapy with syndrome differentiation objectively.At the same time,we oppose the opinion extended by it that one can use the same testing and treating methods to treat the different disease and put forward the opinion that one must use the same testing method and the different treating methods to treat the different syndromes.And we hold the idea that the main syndrome can by mastered with the combined methods,in fact,it is also the idea that we can integrate the disease definition and treating and the therapy with syndrome differentiation.According to the current Chinese medicine condition,we also propone that the best way of the current Chinese and western medicine integration is the combination of Chinese therapy with syndrome differentiation and the western disease definition and treating.
