三部脉象同步检测与单部脉象检测结果的比较研究

摘　　要：通过对三探头压力式传感器同步检测三部脉象和单探头压力式传感器检测单部脉象的结果进行比较 ,揭示了单部脉象检测与三部脉象检测时在最佳取脉压力、主峰波高度等方面均存在一定差异。提示在三部脉象客观量化的研究中 ,不能简单套用单部脉象检测法所建立的脉象参数和脉象图谱来描述三部脉象的定量检测 ,而应通过临床样本的积累 ,逐步建立符合三部脉象检测规律的各种脉象判读标准。Object: To compare the three probe pulse sensor sampling the pulse at cun guan chi simultaneity with the single probe pulse sensor sampling the pulse at single position.Methods:40 persons' pulse charts have been sampled by the three probe pulse sensor and the single probe pulse sensor.Results: There is markedly difference between the two on the height of main wave and best pulse checking pressure.Conclusion: The single probe pulse sensor's pulse parameters and pulse chart are not suitable for the three probe changer simply.It is essential to establish some parameters for three probe sensor by the accumulation of clinical samples.
