桂麻合方中方与方间镇痛关系的药效研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨桂麻合方中方与方间在镇痛作用方面的协同与拮抗关系。方法 :通过对桂枝汤、麻黄汤、桂枝麻黄各半汤、桂枝二麻黄一汤的镇痛药效学观察 ,揭示桂麻合方中方与方间存在着功效的相加、协同或拮抗。结果 :桂麻合方中各方对小鼠及日本大耳白兔有明显的镇痛作用 ,与桂枝汤及麻黄汤比较 ,从镇痛趋势上比较 ,在醋酸致小鼠扭体反应中 ,桂枝麻黄各半先合后煎组、桂枝二麻黄一先煎后合组、桂枝二麻黄一先合后煎组对小鼠腹腔注射醋酸所致疼痛效果较明显 ,从趋势上看为协同作用 ;桂枝麻黄各半汤组的镇痛效果介于麻黄汤与桂枝汤之间 ,从趋势上看为相加作用。在K+ 皮下透入致家兔疼痛反应实验中 ,桂麻各半先合后煎汤剂在镇痛方面有明显的协同作用 ;桂二麻一先合后煎为相加作用 ;桂麻各半先煎后合及桂二麻一先煎后合为拮抗关系。结论 :桂麻方中方与方间有协同或拮抗关系存在 ,其存在原因和两方的相合方法与相合比例有关。Objective: Discuss the cooperative and rival relationship in analgesic effect of inter prescription in con formula of ma huang and gui zhi.Method: By the observation of the analgesic pharmacodynamics of Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction,Ephedrae Decoction,semi decoction of Ramuli Cinnamomi with that of Ephedrae and decoction of two portions of Ramuli Cinnamomi and one portion of Ephedrae,there is a stacked,cooperative and rival efficiency of inter prescription in con formula of ma huang and gui zhi.Result: every prescription of con formula of ma huang and gui zhi has evidently analgesic effect on mouse and Japanese big ear albino rabbit.By comparison with Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction and Ephedrae Decoction,in mouse's writhing response resulting from Ethanoic Acid by peritoneal injection first admixture and then decoctum group of half Ephedrae and half Ramuli Cinnamomi,first decoctum and then admixture group of two portions of Ramuli Cinnamomi and one portion of Ephedrae,first admixture and then decoctum group of two portions of Ramuli Cinnamomi and one portion of Ephedrae have more evidently analgesic effect than other groups,which has a tendency to be cooperative relationship.
