摘 要:目的:探讨50Hz长期磁场暴露对大龄大鼠大脑皮层中几种重要金属含量的影响。材料与方法:通过等离子体原子发射光谱法,测定大龄大鼠大脑皮层中钙、铁、铜、镁、锌、锰等金属元素含量。结果:发现0.1mT组大龄大鼠连续暴露8个月(2h/d)后,大鼠大脑皮层组织中钙、铁、铜的含量明显增加,分别比对照组多32.26%、17.5%、和8.33%,镁、锌、锰的含量分别下降4.04%、16.28%、和5.26%,均有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:提示长期磁场暴露可增加大脑皮层组织中钙、铁、铜的含量和降低镁、锌、锰的含量,可能与抑制大鼠的学习记忆能力有关。Objective: To discuss the effects of 50 Hz Magnetic Field on the conten t of some important metal element in the cerebral cortex of the old rats. Materi als and Methods: The contents Ca2+?Fe2+?Cu2+?Mg2+?Zn2+ and Mn2+ in the cerebral cortex were by IPC. Results: Compared with the comtrol group, the contents Ca2+? Fe2+?and Cu2+ in the cerebral cortex were increased differently by 36.26%?17.5% and 8.33%, while the Mg2+?Zn2+ and Mn2+ were decreased differently by 4.04%?16.2 8% and 5.26%, all has the significant difference(P<0.05), when the old rats were exposed at 0.1 mT intensity during 8 months. Conclusion: The experiments sugges t that chronic environmental magnetic field exposure may deteriorate the impairm ent on the central nervous system through so that it add the condent of Ca2+?Fe2 +and Cu2+ in the cerebral cortex and reduce that of Mg2+?Zn2+ and Mn2+.
