摘 要:目的 探求氦 氖 (He Ne)激光照射大鼠心前区 ,对心肌毛细血管的内径和密度以及毛细血管管壁内皮细胞胞饮小泡数量的影响。 方法 实验采用了墨汁灌注软蜡切片和透射电镜观察的方法 ,实验动物分对照组和激光照射组 ,其中照射组采用能量密度为 6 0 5J cm2 的He Ne照射 ,连续照射 10d ,1次 d。每组大鼠 10只。 结果 激光照射组的左心室前壁心肌内层毛细血管的内径 (7 2 8± 1 79) μm和毛细血管密度 (136 0± 16 1)支 mm均明显大于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。电镜下 ,照射组心肌内层毛细血管的管壁内皮细胞内胞饮小泡数量明显增多 ,与对照组之间存在显著差异 (t=6 2 1,P <0 0 1)。 结论 以能量密度为 6 0 5J cm2 的He Ne激光照射大鼠心前区 ,可使心肌毛细血管的内径和密度增加、血管内皮细胞的物质转运能力增强 ,为He Ne激光照射能改善心肌微循环提供了形态学依据。Objective To study the effect of low-power He-Ne laser irradiation on precordial region of Wistar rat on the inner-diameter and the density of myocardial capillaries and the number of the pinocytotic vesicles in the endothelium cells of myocardial capillaries. Methods Twenty rats were divided equally into control and irradiated groups.He-Ne laser(632.8nm) was applied with the dose of 60.5J/cm+2 in the irradiated group once a day.After 10 days,Chinses-ink was injected into the coronary artery,the myocardial capillaries were measured under the microscope.The pinocytotic vesicles in the endothelium cells of myocardial capillaries were studied under the electron microscope. Results In the internal layer of myocardium of the anterior wall of the left ventricle,the inner-diameter(7.28±1.79)μm and the density(136.0±16.1)number/mm of myocardial capillaries in irradiated group were more than those of in control group(P<0.05).Compared to control group,the number of the pinocytotic vesicles in the endothelium cells of myocardial capillaries was also significantly increased in the internal layer of myocardium in irradiated group(t=6.21,P<0.01) under the transmission electron microscope.Conclusion The results indicated that the diameter and the density of myocardial capillaries,and the transporting activity of capillary endothelium were increased in the internal layer of myocardium after He-Ne laser irradiation.Our study provided experimental morphological evidence that myocardial microcirculation could be improved by He-Ne laser irradiation.
