摘　　要：　三峡永久船闸人字门安装的焊接变形控制是焊接质量控制的重要组成部分,是焊接质量控制成功与否的重要标志。通过合理的焊接变形控制,使三峡永久船闸两线 12个闸首 24扇人字门的制造质量控制完全符合设计要求,创造了闸门安装史上大吨位、竖拼装、高标准的成功范例。The defomation control on the installation welding of the lambdoidal strobe of three gorges permanent ship-gate is an important constituent part of welding quality control, which is an important mark to the success of welding quality control. By means of the welding deformation control, the manufacture guality of 24 fans of lambdoidal strobes meets the design requirements, and creates a successful example in the installation history of strobe with huge tonnage, up-right setting up and high standard.$$$$
