摘　　要：阐述了安徽省峰谷电价的实施背景、方案的主要内容和创新特点,2004年上半年的实际执行情况及取得的效果。结合安徽省实际情况,对下一阶段如何优化峰谷电价方案、进一步发挥价格杠杆作用提出了建议。This paper elaborates the background of implementing peak and off peak electricity tariff scheme in Anhui province, the main contents and innovation features of the scheme as well as practical implementation and results acquired in the first half of the year 2004.It also proposes suggestions on optimization of the peak and off peak tariff scheme in the next stage and bring into play better leverage effect of electricity price.
