摘　　要：目的　探讨个体化健康教育对提高精神分裂症患者服药依从性的作用。方法　将 106 例精神分裂症患者随机分对照组和研究组,对研究组患者进行了个体化健康教育,观察研究组精神分裂症患者服药依从性情况。结果　进行个体化健康教育的精神分裂症患者维持服药情况明显好于对照组。结论　个体化健康教育明显提高精神分裂症患者服药依从性。Objective To explore effect of healthy education on drug compliance of schizophrenic patients.Methods 106 inpatients with diagnosis of schizophrenia were randomly assigned into control group and study group.Patients in study group were conducted individualized quatative healthy education so as to observe the drug compliance.Results Drug compliance of schizophenic patients who were conducted individualized quatative healthy education showed significantly better than that of patients in control group.Conclusion Individualized quatative healthy education is effective in improving drug compliance of schizophrenic patients.
