摘　　要：利用冷态模型,对梅钢150 t顶底复吹转炉脱磷工艺参数进行了研究。结果表明,选用6 孔,倾角17.5°氧枪,底枪布置在0.52 D圆上,枪位1.7 m,顶吹流量为υ氧气,n=30 000 m3/h,底吹流量为υ氧气,n=540 m3/h时,熔池搅拌效果最好。根据水模实验优化的结果,制定梅钢吹炼工艺参数并应用于实际操作。实际吹炼效果显示,钢中的磷含量大大降低,冶炼时间缩短。The process parameters of dephophorization for 150 ton top-bottom combined blown converter at Meishan are studied with a cold model. Results show that the best results for molten bath stirring are achieved when six-nozzle oxygen lances are selected with included angle being ~17.5° , top blow rate ~30 000 m3/h, bottom blow rate 540 m3/h and the bottom blowing tuyeres being arranged at ~0.52 D and lance position ~1.7 m . On the basis of water modeling experiments the process parameters for the combined blown converter at Meishan are determined and used in the actual production. The practical results indicate that the phosphorous content in steel is drastically reduced and smelting time greatly shortened.
