摘　　要：提出了动态跟踪程序,对铸机原有静态配水量在恒拉速和变拉速工艺条件下进行合理评价,并得出铸坯运行过程中的表面温度波动情况,以此为依据分析二冷静态配水量的应用范围。A new dynamic tracing program has been developed to evaluate reasonably the original water flow of the cast machine under the constant and variable drawing speed. The fluctuation of the surface temperature in casting has been recognized and thereupon the application range of static water flow analyzed.
