井下封隔器及其各部件工作行为仿真研究

摘　　要：文章从系统的角度出发,建立了封隔器系统线性及非线性接触有限元分析模型和仿真模型,在此基础上,利用模块化编程的思想开发出井下封隔器工作行为仿真分析软件,并对不同工况条件下的井下封隔器的工作行为进行仿真分析。采用实验与现场测试相结合的方法验证仿真模型及仿真软件,计算结果符合生产实际,具有较高的实用价值。In this paper, the linear and non-liner contact finite element analyzing model and simulating model of the packer system are set up. On the basis of which, the simulating analyzing software of the packer system working action is developed with modularized program means. The performance of the packer system under different working condition can be simulated. The simulating model and simulating software are tested by making experiment and on-site testing. The calculation results are in accordance with the real production facts.
