摘　　要：根据低功耗单片机应用的特点,设计了以MAX638为中心的直流稳压电路和以TL7705AC为中心的抗干扰电路组成的低功耗单片机的电源电路。该电路具有体积小、功耗低、抗干扰能力强、携带使用方便等特点,且适用于与89C51/2单片机性能相近的低功耗应用系统。According to the application of low power loss single-chip microcontrollers, a power circuit is designed. The circuit is composed of a DC step-down circuit based on MAX638 unit and an anti-jamming circuit based on TL 7705AC unit. The circuit is characterized by small volume, low power loss, high anti-jamming and portability. It can be used in a low power loss system similar to 89C51/2 single-chip unit.
