摘  要:为探讨赛艇训练周期中的训练特点,对中国国家队15名男子公开级赛艇运动员,在整个赛艇训练周期内记录每周训练计划,对评价赛艇运动员的某些专项运动能力指标如乳酸阈功率(AT4)、测功仪2000m最大做功成绩及水上2000m模拟划的成绩进行了规律性的多次测试。结果表明:1)男子公开级赛艇运动员各训练周期的运动量和强度等级的分配呈现出不同的特点,冬训后正常训练达到172km/周,有氧训练比例平均是89.65%。2)在整个训练周期内,乳酸阈功率明显提高,测功仪2000m最大做功成绩不是一个渐进的上升过程,而是一个曲折反复的上升过程,水上2000m模拟划成绩变化由于受到风向影响缺乏规律性。乳酸阈功率(AT4)、测功仪2000m最大做功成绩多次测试结果表明,通过一个训练周期训练,运动员训练效果和专项运动能力有所提高。We attempted to evaluate rowing training effects. The subjects were from national open-men rowing team(n=15). During the long term rowing training,the training plans were recorded per week,some evaluation indices of rowing performance capacity including the power at AT4,2000m rowing ergo meter all-out test,and 2000m simulation on water were tested and analyzed systematically. Results: 1: The open-men rowers' training during this period preceded periodically and cyclically,the volume and intensity varied with different training week type. Totally,the average training volume reached 172km/week,of which the aerobic training accounted for 89.65% after winter training period. 2: The power at AT4 rose progressively,and 2000m all-out test results fell firstly and rose finally,but these two indices changed differently for scullers and sweeping rowers. We find it hard to find out any rules of 2000m simulation results on water because of the wind-force change. Conclusion: The rowing performance capacity of elite open-men rowers was improved according to the results of the power at AT4 and 2000m rowing ergo meter all-out test;2000m simulation on water can only be regarded as a reference.
