高水平足球运动员评价选优层次分析体系的研究

摘　　要：为了提高足球运动项目的选材水平,应用层次分析法(AHP)原理建立了足球运动员综合评价的递阶层次结构──评价指标体系,确定了44项具体的评价指标;根据专家咨询所提供的判断矩阵,求出各层因素的权重,最后得到了各项指标重要性的排序。研究结果表明:AHP的应用,为高水平足球运动员的评价选优和训练提供了实用的方法。In order to improve the level of talent selection in football,the author establishes a ladder-level structure evaluation index system for shooters,confirms the 44 items of concrete evaluation indexes. Based on the matrix given by experts,the weight of all factors at each level is computed and the order of importance for each index is obtained finally. The result shows that with the application of AHP,it provides more practical ways for talent selection and training of top football players.
