摘 要:目的 探讨职业性接触氰戊菊酯农药对工人心血管及神经系统的影响,保护工人身体健康。方法 分别选择某农药厂工龄半年以上的氰戊菊酯生产工人61名为暴露组,厂行政办公区工作人员10 2名为对照组。对两组环境空气中氰戊菊酯及其相关溶剂如甲苯、二甲苯进行连续3d的监测,同时选择暴露区及对照区各3人进行连续3d的个体采样测定,评价暴露水平;按统一的实施标准对他们的一般情况、心血管系统(血压、心电图)、神经系统进行健康检查。结果 暴露组空气中氰戊菊酯浓度明显高于对照组(P <0 0 1) ,而甲苯、二甲苯两组间差异无显著性(P >0 0 5 ) ,同时个体采样和皮肤污染量结果均显示暴露组氰戊菊酯浓度显著高于对照组(P <0 0 1) ;暴露组舒张压异常率显著高于对照组(P <0 0 5 )。结论 职业性接触氰戊菊酯农药对工人心血管系统有一定的影响。[Objective] To explore the effect of occupational fenvalerate exposure on workers' cardiovascular system and nerve system. [Methods] 61 workers exposed to fenvalerate and 102 administrators in the office were selected as the exposure group and the control group respectively. The concentrations of fenvalerate, toluene and xylene in the ambient air of the working places of the two groups were monitored simultaneously for 3 consecutive days. 3 persons of the exposure group and 3 of the control group were selected to evaluate their individual exposure level and dermal contamination for 3 consecutive days. Physical examination was also carried testicle spermatocyte chromosome aberrance test out on their cardiovascular system and nerve system according to the unified standard. [Results] The fenvalerate concentration in the air of the exposure group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01); no significant difference was found in the toluene and xylene concentration between the two groups (P>0.05); individual sampling and dermal contamination results showed that the fenvalerate concentration in the exposure group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01); the abnormal rate of diastolic pressure in the exposure group was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Occupational exposure to fenvalerate may affect workers' cardiovascular system, while no impact on nerve system was found.
