摘 要:目的 考察量化健康教育在糖尿病教育中的应用效果。方法 将143例住院糖尿病患者按年龄和文化程度平均分为量化健康教育组和随机健康教育组,分别按两种模式对患者实施教育,并对教育后效果进行统计学比较分析。结果 大部分患者疾病知识掌握和血糖控制程度能令人满意,统计学分析结果显示量化健康教育组和随机健康教育组在宣教内容掌握率、血糖控制达标率和患者满意度三方面是有差别的,量化健康教育组明显优于随机健康教育组。结论 量化健康教育应用于糖尿病患者教育中效果较好。[Objective] To investigate the effect of quantification health education in the education for diabetes patients. [Methods] 143 cases of diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups: the quantification health education group and random health education group, according to their age and educational background; statistic analysis was made on the results of different educational models. [Results] The quantification group was obviously superior to the random group in all the following aspects: mastery of the education contents, standard blood sugar control and patients' satisfaction level. [Conclusion] The application of quantification health education has a satisfactory effect in the education for diabetes patients.
