摘　　要：目的 探讨结肠结核临床及病理特点。方法 回顾性查阅48例结肠结核手术标本切片,并对其流行病学、临床及病理特点进行分析。结果 该组36例(75%)有肠外结核病史,3例(6.25%)有结核病接触史。全部病例临床上都有腹胀腹痛及大便习惯改变,与结肠恶性肿瘤很相似,易误诊。病理特点:好发于回盲部,病变处大标本见干酪样环死和上皮样肉芽肿。结论 结肠结核发病率逐年增多,术后标本有典型病理特点,结合流行病学及临术特点,可以确诊。[Objective] To explore the clinical and pathological features of colon tuberculosis. [Methods] Retrospective analysis was made on the surgery slices of 48 colon tuberculosis cases for their epidemiological, clinical and pathological features. [Results] 36 cases (75% ) had a case history of abenteric tuberculosis, 3 cases (6.25%) had contact history of tuberculosis; all cases had clinical features as abdominal pain and changes in stool habit, which were similar to the features of cancer, therefore it is easily misdiagnosed; pathological features showed that caseous necrosis and epithelial granulation were mainly found in ileocecum.[ Conclusion ] Diagnosis can be made according to pathological, epidemiological and clinical features.
