摘　　要：根据力学公式数据采集实验法、数理统计的方法、文献资料法,全面阐述和分析了影响铅球运动距离各要素之间的关系,并提出在满足出手速度这一首要因素的情况下,调整出手高度和出手角度的建议。Using the methods of data-collecting experiment, statistics and documentation, the paperexpounds and analyzes the relations between the essential factors affecting the distance of shot put.It suggests that pushing height and pushing angle should be adjusted on considering the fact thatpushing speed is the most important.
