城镇体系规划中的区域空间管制——以泰兴市为例

摘　　要：泰兴市部分地区存在土地过度开发、产业雷同、重复投资建设等问题,尤其是乡镇工业园区数量偏多、空间分散难以形成集聚效应,给城镇群体发展横向协作带来巨大障碍。空间管制作为引导、控制各类空间资源整合、利用的增长管理方式,为泰兴城镇体系规划的实施提供了可能。There exist with some districts in Taixingthe following problems:over-development of land,copied industrial undertakings,repeated investmentconstructions,etc.These problems are character-ized by the great number of township and villageindustrial zones with disperse space and difficultto have the effect of convergence,causing a greathindrance to the cooperation for development oftown groups.Spatial control as a means to guideand control the integration,use and growth controlof various spatial resources will make it possiblefor the implementation of the town system planningin Taixing.
